Today I was having some trouble with my computer and my internet browsers would not connect with my internet. I’m home from Indiana University for the week and I had a huge project to get done this week. My aunt in Calgary owns an iPhone repair store and she got me in touch with Rick. And I am so glad she did, because not only did he help fix my computer problem over the phone from another country, he also helped me run countless tests to try to find out what was wrong. He was very patient and incredibly helpful, and I would highly recommend him to anyone having any computer troubles!

Shattered the screen on my iPad mini. Quick service (repair took ~24 hours), reasonable price. The iPad looks better than it did before I broke it and functions perfectly. Rick is very friendly and knowledgable. This was a MUCH easier, less stressful and more informed experience than going to the Apple store. He knows what he’s doing. Will return in the future with other Apple products I inevitably break !

Thank you Rick for restoring the LED connection in our ipad2, otherwise Apple recommended scrapping it and buying another. I got what I paid for: a fixed product at a reasonable price and picked it up the next day!
