I highly recommend Stem as an alternative to the back room technicians and long wait times at places like Apple or Memory Express . It’s a small shop and Kevin is very knowledgeable on all devices. For more than 6 years he has worked on many of my family’s devices from laptops to cell phones.

Rick is a very honest and knowledgeable computer tech. He did a great job sourcing and upgrading the ram on my laptop, and even threw in a free clean that ended up taking longer than the upgrade. He's very capable at working on more than just apple products, also.

We’ve taken a few devices to The Stem Support, and every experience has been outstanding. Rick fixed our iPad screen, changed an Apple phone battery, brought a 2015 MacBook back to life, and even revived a 2009 iMac we thought was beyond saving! Both computers had a mix of hardware and software issues, yet everything now runs perfectly — and all for a fraction of what we would’ve paid at Apple. Honest, skilled, and reliable. Highly recommend!

We thought our iPad was destined for the landfill. It would no longer charge no matter what we did. I had asked around to other fix-it places but they all said they couldn’t fix it. So I went to see Rick @ The Stem Group. He accepted the challenge and was able to find the necessary parts and fix it. It’s like a brand new iPad! I will be going back to Rick for any tech related issues in the future. Highly recommend!

I needed a new screen on my iPad- this was accomplished very successfully and at a reasonable price. It took a little longer than expected to get parts but this is beyond control of the shop.

I had completely shattered my iPhone XS screen and wasn’t sure if it was too bad to be repaired. I’m so glad I took my phone to Rick at The Stem, he saved my device so I didn’t have to replace it just yet. The service was professional, extremely efficient, and affordable - as he offered different options with a range of price points for me to choose from. Rick even followed up after my phone was repaired to be sure it was all in working order. If you need a device to be repaired, I absolutely recommend The Stem!

I reached out to Rick after dropping and cracking the screen on my S23 Ultra. Costs quoted for repair from other companies varied wildly, but Rick gave me 2 solid choices and the differences between the 2. I opted for an aftermarket replacement rather than the significantly more expensive OEM replacement and he ordered the parts required the same day. Rick provided an exceptional service and was able to do the repair in 24hrs, which was perfect, as I was heading out of town for a few day. Hopefully I don't require Rick's services again, but if I every do, he'll be my first and only call, and I'm more than happy to recommend him to others in the future.

Perfect we did my phone so easily I didn't have to make an appointment I didn't have a lot of hassle and it was easy to pick up decent price for definite sure I didn't have to pay an arm and a leg and they were in my area perfect I would highly recommend anybody to use this business because they're friendly they're open communication you never have to guess what's going on and the prices are really decent I highly recommend this place totally for any repairs that you might have

Stem Group has done a number of repairs to family iPhones and MacBook Pro units. Service has always been prompt, reasonable cost and long term reliable. I highly recommend them for computer and mobile phone repairs as well as software upgrades.

Rick replaced my MacBook pro screen for literally half the cost and way quicker than Apple said they could. It's been a few weeks since the repair and everything has been great with my screen. If you're looking for a quick repair that won't cost a arm and a leg, Rick is the right guy for the job.
