I like my notch. I like it a lot.
I think it adds to the distinctiveness and enhances the usability of my iPhone X.
They’ve taken the wasted bit at the top, optimized it and maximized the actually usable screen real estate.
It REALLY added distinctiveness, you KNEW it was an iPhone X when you saw that notch… a notch that was berated by tech media, manufacturers and Fandroids far and wide!
Then this happened…

Yes, after laughing at Apple for making clever use of space and adding distinctiveness to their latest phone, Android did the exact same thing. Now, will that being said, major manufacturers so far have only laughed at Apple like Samsung did.
But, something seemed amiss at the Mobile World Congress… an event Apple couldn’t give two shits about… there seems to be a lot of iPhone X’s lurking about.
Wait.. those aren’t iPhone X! BUT THE NOTCH IS STUPID??? WHAT IS EVEN GOING ON??
What seemed at first to be an unusually heavy Apple presence at The Mobile World Conference turned out to absolute craploads of cheap Android phones with their own notches… some (check top right) not even bothering to code properly for margins.
It would seem the Notch so hated by the western tech media is being shamelessly copied by every Tom, Dick & Harry Android manufacturer… clearly, ALL the boys want Apples milkshakes…
And you better believe I will DRAG SAMSUNG THROUGH THE MUD if they even so much as THINK OF THINKING of doing a notch!
