Apple quietly introduced a pretty fricken cool app for creators of Music, a lil something called Music Memos!

Now, I frankly don’t know the first thing about music creation, I have no musical skills in my being (though if you come between me and the music i’m listing to far to loudly I’ll cut you). I have plenty of folks in my network that do have many musical bones in their body and might just like to check this out!
Music Memos – Being Ready When Inspiration Strikes
The one thing I do know about musicians is that like any creative person inspiration can come out of the blue and typically as far away from your outlet as humanly possible. Most folks don’t go far without their phone though these days and this one makes it easer for the musically creative to get their ideas out.
You can record pretty much anything, vocals, guitar, piano, whatever.. in instant high quality, uncompressed audio; it even supports external mics. The app can also analyze the track and suggest cords, bringing in a virtual drummer or bass player to accompany you. Tracks and ideas are easily maintained and organized.
The Next Step
Great, so you have this guaranteed top 40 hit on your phone.. what next? That’s the best part.. you can export directly to Logic Pro (or Garageband) to make it radio ready! You can also post directly to SoundCloud if you feel like diving in.

Perhaps you aren’t Adele or Kanye West.. you just like to plunk away in GarageBand.. well, Apple has finally brought in Live Loops and the virtual drummer from the desktop version to the iOS version!
